These terms and conditions determine how to order Be ° Craft products via the web.
ORDERING
Direct ordering of products through the webshop is done on this site. Some products are made in multiple sizes and colors. There is a field in the order form for all added notes. It is also possible to send any additional notes to du@becraft.eu.
When you order a product through this webshop, you are not ordering the finished product but its production. Photos may deviate from the finished product. That is why we send a photo of the ordered item for authorization before each delivery.
MANUFACTURING TIME
Production deadlines may deviate from those listed on the page. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately. If the deadline does not suit you, you can cancel the order. The usual time for production is 3 working days.
PAYMENT
Payment is possible by cash on delivery and bank transfer. If you want to pay by card, please use the Wetransfer service.
DELIVERY
We deliver by GLS. Delivery will be made according to their timetable. You will receive a tracking number.
Glass is a sensitive material prone to breakage. If we assess that the ordered item is risky to send, we reserve the right to reject the order or the customer must waive the right for damage compensation.
For deliveries outside Croatia, we need to be contacted to find the most optimal way. All conditions of such delivery will be directly agreed with the customer.
BREAK IN DELIVERY
If a breakdown occurs due to delivery, a refund, or delivery of a new product is possible. We reserve the right not to deliver a replacement product and make a refund.
REFUNDS
We send a photo of the product before each delivery. If the customer is not satisfied with the product in the picture, it is possible to cancel the order. If the order is suspended after the approval of the photo, the customer can request a refund within 14 days. In that case, he bears the costs of postage and other costs incurred. The amount to be refunded will be reduced by shipping costs. If the returned item is not well packed and prepared for shipping, and there is a breakage or any other damage on return, the amount will not be returned.
If any personalization has been performed on the ordered item at the request of the client, the return is not possible at any stage.
